I thought the teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful, my only complaint as was the person sitting next to me, is when she lifted her arm to demonstrate, we couldn't see what was happening and just had to guess a lot of the time, hence I came away thinking I don't think I'll catch on. We couldn't take a copy of the instruction booklet and was told to view instructions on YouTube to progress.

The instructor was clear and friendly. The cafe was a bit cramped. I think 10.people for a beginner workshop was too much as the instructor was quite busy with helping people. 6-8 people max would have been better.

Madelle Borschman
Madelle is a dyed in the wool (pun intended) crafter, having tried her hand at cross-stitch, sewing, weaving, painting and more, but the one that has stuck the most has been crochet. Having rediscovered the joy of crocheting during Melbourne's lockdowns, she is very excited to meet a new community of crocheters and pass on the love of this versatile and approachable craft.
