I really enjoyed this event, Maddi was an excellent teacher and made sure she spent time with all attending. I was please to make a second granny square this time using a 3 hook and changing colours when I got home. In terms of operational matters I really appreciated the reminder emails, prompt follow up with course materials, and also Maddi emailing us with additional suggested resources. I really felt a lot of effort was put in to ensure new crocheters will succeed. I have been recommending these classes to my friends.

I really enjoyed this, even though this was a challenging new skill for me, I found the instructor to be very patient, knowledgeable and most importantly, approachable & friendly. Having a small group worked really well - I felt comfortable even though some others had a bit of background in crochet. I achieved what I wanted to, and I'm looking forward to the next one. Thanks Maddi!

INSTRUCTORS
Madelle Borschman
Madelle is a dyed in the wool (pun intended) crafter, having tried her hand at cross-stitch, sewing, weaving, painting and more, but the one that has stuck the most has been crochet. Having rediscovered the joy of crocheting during Melbourne's lockdowns, she is very excited to meet a new community of crocheters and pass on the love of this versatile and approachable craft.
